The Company operates a Quality Management System to ensure that we deliver consistent high quality products with full traceability.

Our aims and objectives are to provide customers with products that meet the following criteria:

  • We will meet your specification for each project
  • We will agree a timescale and deliver your project within this timescale
  • We will agree costs in advance, and never exceed them without good reason and prior agreement

We’re fundamentally concerned with the quality of our products, because our reputation depends on this. Our underlying principle is to sustain long-term, productive relationships through good service, high quality and prompt deliveries.

We maintain and enhance our quality of products by working in a systematic and flexible manner to procedures designed to control and eliminate the occurrence of non-conformances.

It is the responsibility of the Directors to ensure that all procedures are clearly documented and implemented.

Our management team regularly review the Quality Management System to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness, and from such reviews we undertake corrective or preventive action wherever inadequacies are found.
